Draper tools
Draper Tools is a family-owned hand and power tools brand that's been a forefront in the industry for over 100 years. As their copywriter, I have helped shape their tone of voice in the modern era, while staying in line with their reputation for reliability, quality, and longevity.

EXERTIS
Exertis has undergone some big changes in the time I've worked within this company, and I have had a key hand in this development. From creating a tone of voice guide, to outlining AI practices and assisting with comms, my goal has always been to ensure Exertis' voice is consistent, efficient, and effective.

flexson
Flexson specialises in the creation of accessories built specifically to support Sonos speakers. The brand is Sonos-verified, and its tone of voice and image is aligned carefully with Sonos to give a cohesive feel.

AZNU
Aznu is a refurbished phone brand, focusing on an eco-friendly message and relating to a wide audience of people who may be interested in learning about how a refurbished mobile phone can be a better option than buying new.

pride at exertis
As Vice-Chair of the LGBTQIA+ ERG, I worked alongisde the Chair and the council to put together not only the activities for Pride month, but the written communication about it to share with employees and external contacts.

BUNKER
BUNKER is a subsidiary brand of Draper Tools, specialising in modular storage solution for garages, workshops, and DIYers. Working with BUNKER, I helped to cultivate a more rugged tone of voice that appeals to professionals who take pride in their storage setups.

4GADGETS
4gadgets is a brand that specialises in the sale of refurbished and graded mobile phones, consoles, tablets, and more. They have a broad audience, and offer multiple services such as trade-in and e-commerce. Within this project, I've been responsible for helping create content calendars, plan and write blog content, assist with email marketing, and create copy for the main website

KITSOUND
Kitsound is a brand that specialises in selling speakers, headphones, and earbuds to a wide audience, for a reasonable price. Their brand is built around relatability, and giving people the tools to make the most out of their music.

PEDDLE
Peddle is an electric bike brand, built around the ethos of providing customers with easy-to-use electric bikes that can help people to become more active and focus on their wellbeing. Within this project, I assisted with collecting key market research to build a strategy, writing all website and marketing comms, and continuously maintaining the brand through social media and print ads

EXERTIS - SUSTAINABILITY
In an effort to highlight key steps in Exertis' global sustainability charter, a small team (including myself) were enlisted to create a publication informing Exertis employees of all the ways the company is striving for a better planet and work environment.
