Flexson is a audio accessory brand that designs stands and support for Sonos products, specifically. Recognised as an official Sonos partner, it's important that the brand's tone and voice are aligned with Sonos, to give the customer a smooth, cohesive journey.

In 2021, Flexson was looking to make updates to its brand - namely, updating visuals, and adapting the tone of voice. I reviewed the current copy available on the website, and decided that it made sense to make the most of the brand's partnership with Sonos, and to align the two brands' voices a little more closely. Not only does this give a smoother customer journey, but it reinforces that relationship and sets Flexson as a trusted brand.
In updating the brand's tone, I went through the entire site and re-wrote product listings, making sure each one was on-tone, interesting, and accurate.

As well as the website copy, I am also in charge of creating captions for Flexson's social media accounts. This includes ensuring the tone of the site and brand overall carries over seamlessly between platforms, while presenting key product features in an exciting and eye-catching way.
